These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this conference sponsor portal (the “Portal”) operated by dtn.tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and access

The Portal is private and available by invitation only. You may use it only if an administrator has authorized your access and only for the sponsor organization you are associated with. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

2. Account security

Access uses passwordless, magic-link sign-in tied to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your sign-in links or let others use your account. Notify us promptly at info@dtn.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • access data or accounts that do not belong to you, or attempt to bypass access controls;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, including malware;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Portal or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Portal except your own information;
  • misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a sponsor; or
  • use the Portal in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the files, information, and materials you submit to the Portal (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Portal and coordinate the event. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Our intellectual property

The Portal, including its software, design, and our names and logos, is owned by dtn.tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except the limited right to use the Portal as intended.

6. Third-party services

The Portal relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. See our Disclaimer for details. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information in the Portal is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dtn.tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Portal will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dtn.tech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Portal, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Portal or other users. You may stop using the Portal at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, USA for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Portal.
